SALGBA 2017 National Conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Orange County, CA. The conference will attract 650+ public sector benefit professionals representing government entities and service providers from across the United States. The Program offers an array of educational topics focusing on ACA, Wellness, Cost Containment, Best Practices, Roundtables and much more. In addition, to education there will be an exhibit hall with over 70 public sector benefit companies represented and a variety of networking opportunities. The SALGBA 2017 National Conference is a must attend event for public sector benefit professionals!

2017 SALGBA National Conference May 7-10, Anaheim, CA.


  • We are currently transitioning to a new registration system and working to integrate with our membership database. This processed has delayed online registration. Below is a hard copy registration that can be used to obtain travel approval along with the draft agenda.
    The new registration system will include the ability for jurisdictional members to book hotel rooms when registering and associate attendees will receive a link in their confirmation email. There are still more than enough rooms in our block as the links have not been released. We appreciate your patience.

Hotel Information

The SALGBA 2017 National Conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Orange County in Anaheim, CA. Hotel reservation information (including links, codes, etc.) will be included in your conference registration confirmation email. You will need to register for the conference in order to obtain this information.

There are two blocks of rooms at the hotel. One block is for Jurisdictional Attendees (government entity employees), called the reduced rate block, and is $139 per night plus tax. The other room block is the group block and is for Association Attendees (vendors, suppliers, consultants, etc.) with a nightly rate of $189 plus tax.

Please note, that room blocks are submitted from the Hyatt to SALGBA to ensure block compliance. If you make a reservation in the wrong room block your reservation will be adjusted or cancelled accordingly.
